In addition, the chassis features Spartan’s Advanced Protection System® (APS), an advanced driver assistance and integrated collision mitigation system that helps drivers avoid accidents, and provides proactive alerts when attention is critical.
Spartan’s K3 500 Class A diesel chassis features a 500 horsepower Cummins® X12 diesel engine, an Allison® 4000MH transmission, 20,000-pound front and 23,000-pound rear independent suspensions, and a 15,000-pound towing capacity.
